DRAW ORDER:

All tickets sold by midnight, April 15, 2016, will be eligible for the Bonus draws, which will take place between 10:00am and 11:00am on April 28, 2016.

*In the event all tickets are sold by the Bonus deadline of midnight, April 15, then all draws (with the exception of the top two valued prizes) will begin on April 26 at 9:15am. The first draws will be for the ten Bonus Prizes. The next draw will be for the Early Bird Prize. This will be followed by draws for all remaining prizes in order of retail value beginning with the prizes of least retail value.

The top two valued prize draws will be made between 10:00am and 11:00am on April 28, from the Grand Prize Showhome and will air on CTV's News at 5. The Grand Prize Showhome is located at 15 Boscobel Road, Halifax.

**In the event all tickets are sold by the Early Bird deadline of midnight, May 13, then all remaining draws (with the exception of the top two valued prizes) will begin on May 24 at 9:15am. The first draw will be for the Early Bird Prize. This will be followed by draws for all remaining prizes in order of retail value beginning with the prizes of least retail value.

The top two valued prize draws will be made between 10:00am and 11:00am on May 26, from the Grand Prize Showhome and will air on CTV's News at 5. The Grand Prize Showhome is located at 15 Boscobel Road, Halifax.

***In the event tickets remain after the Early Bird deadline, then only the Early Bird draw will be made on May 26 between 10:00am and 11:00am. Ticket sales will continue until the final sales deadline of midnight, May 27.

All draws (with the exception of the top two valued prizes) will begin on June 7 at 9:15am. Draws will proceed in order of retail value beginning with the prizes of least retail value.

The top two valued prize draws will be made between 10:00am and 11:00am on June 9, from the Grand Prize Showhome and will air on CTV's News at 5. The Grand Prize Showhome is located at 15 Boscobel Road, Halifax.

Each time a token is drawn, including the Bonus draws and the Early Bird draw, the winner is recorded and the token then goes back in the drum for the next draw.

All winners will be given 90 days to claim their prize. Subsequent draws will be made in the event that prizes are not claimed within 90 days. Winners will forfeit their claim on the prize(s) after 90 days.

The draw date for the 50/50 Add-On will take place on April 26, May 24, or June 7 at 9:00am based on the official outcome of Home Lottery ticket sales; (i.e.) Bonus, Early Bird or Final Deadline sellout.

The draw date for the cash calendar will take place on April 27, May 25, or June 8 at 9:00am based on the official outcome of Home Lottery ticket sales; (i.e.) Bonus, Early Bird or Final Deadline sellout.

All draws, with the exception of those made on television, will be made at the offices of Deloitte LLP, located at Purdy's Wharf, Tower II, 1969 Upper Water Street, Suite 1500, Halifax, NS.

PRIZE CLAIM:

All winners will be notified in writing by Deloitte LLP as to what they have won, where and how to claim their prize(s). It shall be the responsibility of a winner to license and insure vehicles from the time of their ownership. A list of winners of top-valued prizes will be published in The Chronicle Herald and a complete list of winners will be made available online at QE2HomeLottery.com.

If all tickets are sold by the Bonus deadline, the list of winners will be published May 6, 2016. If tickets remain after the Bonus deadline, and if all tickets are sold by the Early Bird deadline, the list of winners will be published June 3, 2016. If tickets remain after the Early Bird deadline, the list of winners will be published June 17, 2016.

Subsequent draws will be made in the event that prizes are not claimed within 90 days. Winners will forfeit their claim on the prize(s) after 90 days.

Winners consent to the use of their name and photograph by the licensee for publicity purposes.

The following people and their immediate families are excluded from purchasing tickets: The QEII Foundation Board members, Honorary Trustees and Foundation staff; and partners and employees of Deloitte LLP and its affiliates. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets must be purchased and mailed in Nova Scotia. Total retail value of all prizes is approximately $2.8 million. Ticket purchases are not tax deductible; all prizes are not taxable.

In the event the 2016 Porsche Boxster Spyder is unavailable at the time of winning, the winner will have the cash option available to them or a credit equal to the value (net of HST) with Porsche of Halifax.

Personal information collected will be used to fulfill ticket orders, provide information on our future lotteries, contact prize winners and publicize the names of prize winners. Approximate retail value as of the date contracts were negotiated with suppliers. Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prizes may rise or diminish over time. Winner or charity is not entitled to the difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded. Prices include taxes and freight, where applicable. In the event the QEII Foundation is unable to provide unencumbered title to any prize home according to the lottery schedule, the QEII Foundation may (at its discretion) provide a cash payout equal to the advertised value of the home or cottage (excluding any HST, taxes, etc.) in lieu of the prize home. The liability of licensee of this lottery shall be limited to the purchase price of the ticket.
